Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, CA
Building pools in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe since 2010
Truckee and the North Shore are where we live and where most of our pools are. We know who approves a pool in each neighborhood, what's under the ground on a mountain lot, and when the season lets you dig.
Building pools since 2010. Licensed in California and Nevada. BBB A+ rated.
What it takes to build a pool in Truckee & North Lake Tahoe
- Town of Truckee permits outside the Tahoe Basin, Placer County and TRPA inside it
- Inside the basin, TRPA land coverage limits and a grading season of roughly May 1 to October 15
- Architectural and design review in Tahoe Donner, Martis Camp, and Lahontan
- Granite soil and buried boulders that decide how a dig goes
We handle design review for you
Homeowner associations and design review committees want a site plan and materials before anything is dug. We prepare all of it as part of the design and plan the approval into the schedule, so it doesn't hold up your build.

We stand behind every pool we build
If anything in the materials or the build is wrong, we come back and make it right. And we maintain more than 90% of the pools we've built, so we see how they hold up year after year.
